Their Story

When we first met the team behind what was then Fly Sports, they had the ambition to transform college recruiting.

Founded by Nicholas Itopoulos, a former Division 1 athlete and coach, the company had already proven its value connecting international student-athletes with opportunities in the U.S. and abroad. What it lacked was a brand that could go head-to-head with legacy recruiting services. The goal was to create a brand that felt as elite, credible, and driven as the athletes it represented.

Fly Sports needed a complete reinvention, a new name, a bold visual identity, and a social presence that could energize athletes, parents, and coaches alike.

The Challenge / Our Solution 

The brand needed to be personal and human
The new name needed to inspire the best talent while earning respect in a well-established, high-stakes industry. After exploring hundreds of ideas, we landed on AllRecruit, a name that said it all.

“All” for inclusivity — every sport, every background, every dream.
“Recruit” for purpose — guiding, connecting, and opening doors that change lives.

From that foundation, WANT built an entirely new brand system:

Logo & Design System: A bold peak-shaped mark symbolizing progress, resilience, and upward motion — with a subtle “A” woven into its form. The identity captures the climb every athlete takes to reach the top.

Color Palette: A striking gradient of deep midnight and electric violet, energetic, modern, and instantly recognizable across digital and print.

Typography: Clean, confident, and forward-leaning, using Prodigy Sans to express momentum and professionalism.

Tone of Voice: Clear, motivating, and authentic, a voice that speaks like a coach, not a corporation.

Social Media System: Custom “Committed” and “Signed” templates that transformed athlete announcements into high-impact visual moments. These posts became AllRecruit’s signature — turning milestones into movement.

The Results

The transformation from Fly Sports to AllRecruit marked more than a rebrand, it was a complete relaunch of purpose and personality.
Today, AllRecruit stands as a trusted name in the world of student-athlete recruiting. Its new identity commands authority while radiating accessibility and belief, the perfect balance of performance and heart. The social media rollout ignited engagement across platforms, with athletes proudly sharing their “Committed” graphics — each one a proof point of the brand’s promise:
