Business / Challenge:
Denver-based Travelers Haven is one of the four largest and fastest-growing corporate housing companies in the US.
In 2018 it wanted to create a new flanker brand that would be a short-term rental housing platform that could change the game by offering low-cost, professionally managed apartments available across the US with a simple search. The goal was to offer 32,000 properties across more than 6,000 cities (including rural areas). And, each unit would come fully furnished with utilities and Wi-Fi, linens, cookware and live support.
The new business would offer search-and-book capability, with rates starting at $71 per day in 30 major metro areas in the US. The new brand would be completely online and easy to use, with trained staff available for a quick consultation.
Solution:
Over a rapid, 60 day engagement we created a new brand strategy and name: Havn. The new brand is a short bold and dynamic name which links back to on the parent brand.

Havn is a smart, simple self-service platform that simplifies the housing process as much as possible. Outcome
Havn officially launched in 2019 and has quickly become the go-to brand for short term housing especially among millennials.
