Prolink’s Bold Evolution: A Brand Reinvented for the Future
Since its founding in 2011, Prolink Staffing has been dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. Initially specializing in healthcare and travel nurse staffing, the company experienced rapid growth and recognized its potential as a multi-industry leader. With a strong value system and an energetic internal culture, Prolink sought to evolve its brand to reflect its transformation beyond healthcare staffing and establish itself as a powerhouse across multiple sectors.
As Prolink expanded, it needed a brand identity that matched its evolution. The company partnered with WANT Branding to develop a compelling and unified brand that honored its roots while showcasing its broader industry expertise. We began with an in-depth interview process, engaging over 25 internal and external stakeholders to gain key insights into Prolink’s culture, challenges, and market position. The research revealed that Prolink had outgrown the “staffing” label, leading to the recommendation of a name change from “Prolink Staffing” to simply “Prolink.” Additionally, its various sub-brands were streamlined into one cohesive entity.Visually, this transformation was brought to life through a refreshed logo, evolving from the original “running man” to the more dynamic and inclusive “runner” symbol—representing Prolink’s relentless drive for innovation and excellence.To ensure brand consistency, WANT Branding developed a comprehensive style and brand guide covering visual and messaging elements. To introduce and reinforce the rebrand, a captivating two-minute corporate video was produced, bringing Prolink’s renewed vision and commitment to life.
The rebrand successfully positioned Prolink as a unified, leading workforce solutions provider, aligning its identity with its growth and ambitions.
