Unifying Workforce Visa Solutions Under One Enterprise Brand
BDV Solutions established itself as the largest independent third-party provider of EB-3 employee sponsor consulting and case management services in the United States. Over time, the company expanded into other visa categories through affiliated businesses, offering employers and candidates a wide range of immigration and workforce solutions.
But because the industry is tightly regulated, BDV’s EB-3 specialization prevented it from directly marketing other visa programs. This structure limited cross-selling and made it difficult to present a unified, enterprise-level story.
The leadership team needed a parent brand that could bring its portfolio together, create clarity in the market, and give the business a credible enterprise face. The brand had to support growth across multiple visa categories, strengthen employer trust, and provide tools to cross-sell services.
Through discovery and stakeholder interviews, we uncovered the core insight: employers and candidates don’t just need services, they need a partner who can guide them through complexity with confidence. From this, we created the positioning “Navigate with Experience.”
We developed the new parent brand name, Vanteo—short, modern, and rooted in vantage points and navigation. A bold double upward arrow icon became the centerpiece of the visual identity, symbolizing progress and partnership. The system extended into a vibrant palette of blues, purples, and aqua, refreshed logos for ten sub-brands, and clear brand guidelines to ensure cohesion.
To bring the brand to life, we authored the Vanteo Manifesto, built a fully new, modern website, and delivered activation tools including PowerPoint templates, one-sheeters, business cards, and other high-impact marketing collateral.
The result is a unified enterprise brand that organizes a fragmented portfolio, enables cross-selling across visa categories, and positions Vanteo as the trusted partner for global workforce and immigration solutions.
